I don’t know about you, but I always want to know who I’m working with.

Hello! My name is Kit (they/he) and I love to read.

I grew up on a steady diet of science fiction and fantasy stories and dreamed of being a writer. When my best friend in elementary school handed me some of her writing to look at, I completely fell in love with editing. I lucked into proofreading scientific papers when my wife started graduate school and her labmates were scrambling to publish their research. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Master’s in Education from the University of Arizona. As of this summer, I am a proud graduate of the Denver Publishing Institute.

In my free time, I play Dungeons & Dragons, read queer fiction, and spend time with my cats. I have never kept a plant alive for more than a week and I have a soft spot for bad reality television.
